My name is Davide Lagona, and I am the heart behind Neringlè.
My journey began out of passion – almost an obsession. Since 2015, I started at home baking simple pizzas and breads, until I discovered the fascinating world of sourdough. From that moment, it was true love: panettone, pandoro, and all those great leavened creations that require time, patience, and absolute dedication.

I studied, attended countless courses, devoured books, and learned from fellow artisans. Then in 2020 – right in the middle of the Covid pandemic and after a serious work accident – I decided to open Neringlè. What seemed like a reckless move turned out to be my true path.

Today, I create unique biscuits, great leavened products, and baked specialties that do not replicate existing recipes but are the result of my continuous research and desire to improve. I love to combine French technique with the Sicilian tradition of my roots, giving life to authentic products that are natural and uncompromising.

I only use genuine, high-quality ingredients, without preservatives, artificial flavors, or shortcuts: Swiss alpine butter, fine chocolate, Sicilian citrus fruits, and nuts from all over Italy.
I believe that quality requires time and respect for ingredients. This is why I chose not to have a fixed shop, but instead a network of retailers and the possibility to order my packaged products or fresh creations.

Neringlè is my way of showing that tradition and innovation can walk hand in hand, creating genuine emotions in every bite.
